Review — fixed fee, about two weeks
One fee, agreed before we start, and a document at the end: where your systems are, what an agent could reach from inside them, what running it would cost, and what would break first. You keep the document whether or not you hire us for anything after it.
It is the cheapest thing we sell, and it is the one that most often ends with us saying the work is not worth doing. That is a useful answer to have bought.

Build — scoped, fixed price per phase
A defined piece of work with a defined end. It is broken into phases and each phase is priced on its own, so the commitment renews on evidence rather than on optimism.
Most of it is web applications — Ruby on Rails over PostgreSQL, with whatever the front end honestly requires — and the agent infrastructure that now sits beside them.
Operate — monthly
Patching, monitoring, upgrades that do not lose state, and someone awake when it stops at three in the morning. Anyone can stand an agent up. This is the part that decides whether standing it up was worth doing.
Taking over something already built
If what you need is a rescue rather than a build — a migration nobody scheduled, a pilot that never reached production, a codebase whose author has left — that has its own page and its own way of starting.
An AI agent development company that runs what it builds
The building is the advertised half and the short half. The second year is where the money goes: the model that gets deprecated, the credential nobody wrote down, the permissions granted for a pilot and never revisited. Everything on the work page is something we shipped and then had to live with, which is where the opinions on this site came from.

No strategy decks. No staff augmentation. Nobody billing you while they learn your industry. We build the thing, we run the thing, or we read it and tell you not to.
Do you work with small businesses?
Yes, and AI consulting for small businesses is most of what the review exists for — a fixed fee and a straight answer is worth more to a ten-person company than an open-ended retainer. What we cannot do is a project with nobody to own it on your side.
